Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
-- Steve Jobs
Each one of us is born with a unique purpose, and in order to fulfill this purpose the universe has seen to it that we each have a unique combination of talents, skills and genius. You are one of a kind, with a mission that only you can fulfill. Your purpose, your mission for your life, is part of your very nature. When you tune into this purpose, you will feel different energy and joy. As we pass through childhood and adolescence, our desire for acceptance from parents, from teachers, and among our peers can encourage us to attempt to adopt the missions we think will get us the acceptance we want. When this happens, our first job as we enter adulthood is to rediscover what we knew intuitively as children.
The most important question you can ever ask is "what is my purpose", and the answer is always within us. The answer is within each of us.
Until now, I still don’t know what would I be after college. Am I successful with my chosen field? Or I’m still searching for myself? I’m still confused. But I know my dear Lord is always there to guide me in everything do.
In my school, one of their objectives is to help our adapted community. At first I really don’t know why we have to do that. But my professor said that the people living there are poor, they don’t live decently, like us. That is why; when I saw them my heart falls apart. I felt so pity. I really want to help them but all I can do is to give sympathy and little help. And I think that is one of my perfect gifts to each of them. Now, I understand why letranites are doing that, and I now understand why God send me here. He sends me here to help those people who needs love and cherish. And I know that is the purpose of my life. To help and to live.
